Όλες οι διαφορές που απορρέουν από ή σχετίζονται με την παρούσα σύμβαση, επιλύονται οριστικά σύμφωνα με τους Κανόνες Διαιτησίας του Διεθνούς Εμπορικού Επιμελητηρίου (ICC) από έναν ή περισσότερους διαιτητές που διορίζονται σύμφωνα με τους Κανόνες αυτούς.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present contract shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules.

Tous différends découlant du présent contrat ou en relation avec celui-ci seront tranchés définitivement suivant le Règlement d’arbitrage de la Chambre de commerce internationale par un ou plusieurs arbitres nommés conformément à ce Règlement.
