SABRINA BITTON
Sabrina brings over 20 years of multi-industry as well as multi-geography experience mainly in Europe and South-East Asia. Her career is defined by one consistent thread: entering complex environments, delivering measurable impact and creating sustainable value. She began her career in France as an insurance broker, building client portfolios from scratch and managing teams across both individual and corporate segments. She then took a bold leap to Indonesia, where she launched and developed Jamba Juice, an American F&B brand from the ground up, in one of Southeast Asia's most dynamic but complex markets. This meant navigating international supply chains, food safety certifications, local food production, product development, store operations, and full Brand P&L responsibility. Returning to Europe, Sabrina joined a Technology consulting firm in Vienna before taking on a Group-level role at Vienna Insurance Group (VIG), one of the largest insurers in Central and Eastern Europe, operating across 25 countries. There, she led Business Process Management governance, drove continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodology, and managed the rollout of a BPM tool across the CEE region, gaining deep expertise in translating strategic frameworks into operational reality at scale. Sabrina was then given the opportunity to lead the ESG transformation of Ethniki Insurance, a financial institution in CVC Capital Partners’ portfolio companies in Greece, with a clear mandate: create sustainable value for the exit. Under her leadership, Ethniki became the first insurance company in Greece to apply PCAF, the global standard for financial institutions to measure GHG emissions from their financial activities (Financed & Insured Emissions). The company evolved to industry-specific international frameworks including the Principles of Responsible Investment (PRI) and the Principles of Sustainable Insurance (PSI). She also helped the company to comply with regulatory requirements such as SFDR and CSRD, and set science-based emissions reduction targets through the SBTi accelerator program. Measurable impact was reflected in an EcoVadis Gold Medal awarded in the first year of participation, placing the company in the top 5% of all assessed organizations globally. The exit was successfully completed 2025 with the acquisition by Piraeus Bank. Since then, Sabrina has been advising impact-driven startups and connecting companies with the right solutions to accelerate ESG projects that work in real operating conditions. Sabrina is also President of the ESSEC Alumni Chapter in Greece, and regularly co-organizes networking events with other French Business Schools in Athens.
